There are three main ways a driver can get support from SafeBoda:‍

 Call

  • Dail 0200502050 Airtel & 0323502050 MTN 
  • Select option 2 for drivers/Riders 
  • Wait until an available agent picks up your call
  • Introduce yourself with your Safecar number and state your complaint

WhatsApp 24 hrs

  • Send a message to 0200502050 Airtel  via WhatsApp
  • Introduce yourself with your SafeCar number and state your complaint
  • Wait until an available agent attends to you.

Walk-in

- Visit the walk-in at the SafeBoda academy between 8am - 5pm

- Approach any available agent or wait in queue

- Introduce yourself with your SC car number and 

state your complaint
