Customer Handling

Our main objective is to retain a passenger as a regular customer. This implies that increased customer satisfaction directly translates into better earnings for all drivers. 

On call

  • Identify yourself to the customer
  • Politely confirm you are with the right customer
  • Request them to use a seat belt.


On Arrival

  • Always greet the customer and later introduce yourself to them.
  • Be polite while communicating to the customer.

On & After a trip

  • Ask for permission to start or end a trip
  • Ask for permission incase you need to make a stop over (Though it's highly recommended not to make any stopovers)
  • Thank the customer.
  • Ask the customer to rate you
