Customer Handling
Our main objective is to retain a passenger as a regular customer. This implies that increased customer satisfaction directly translates into better earnings for all drivers.
On call
Identify yourself to the customer
Politely confirm you are with the right customer
Request them to use a seat belt.
On Arrival
Always greet the customer and later introduce yourself to them.
Be polite while communicating to the customer.
On & After a trip
Ask for permission to start or end a trip
Ask for permission incase you need to make a stop over (Though it's highly recommended not to make any stopovers)
