We have ZERO tolerance to any of these offences. ‍We will always listen to your side of the story. ‍We will suspend after allegation but terminate if you are found guilty.

Offenses: 

1. Negotiating/Asking a customer to be driven off the app.

2. Asking a customer to topup the price other than the one shown on the app.

3. Lying about trip price.

4. Car plates different from the one shown on the app

5. Committing a crime.

6. Carrying weapons.

7. Driving when drunk or on drugs.

8. Sexual harassment.

9. Conducting activity that could harm SafeBoda reputation

10. Spreading/sharing/using customers data for non Ride related activities

11. Stealing customers items that are forgotten (left) in the car.

12. Using customer's data for non Ride related activities.
