Purpose of the Emergency Button

  1. To enhance the safety of all users on the SafeBoda App, by providing a proactive measure to address unforeseen circumstances.
  2. To efficiently address customer emergency requests and provide timely assistance. 

Types of Emergencies 

  1. Security threats-externalsome text
    1. Theft
    2. Assault threats 
  2. Safety threat-Internalsome text
    1. Route deviation
    2. Lost and missing passenger /Driver

3.      Medical /Health 

  1. Accidents - severe injuries
  2. Sudden Illness on trip eg fainting, unconsciousness, Convulsions 

4.      False alarms
